I'm in so much pain today. I had knee surgery back when I was 15 on both my knees for torn cartilage and ligaments from playing tennis. The weather the past few days have been damp & cold so my knees are killing me now. There's only so long I can handle the cold & damp. I hit my limit. My knee is swollen this morning I'm wearing jeans to work because fuck everything else here I'm not seeing clients today I couldn't even be bothered to put on makeup that's how bad I feel. I need a hot tub and acupuncture. I wish I had a driver because it hurts just to press the pedals.
I am staying at work to do notes then I'm going home early I can't deal today
