I hate giving people advice, I don't do it usually unless really asked & lately I don't waste my breath because people don't listen. I feel I have to say something this time whether or not this person will heed my advice is another thing. If you are really into someone you really should say something. Now if a person is constantly in a relationship it's usually because they are not secure in or know who they truly are. My sis is the same way, she constantly is dating one guy or another. Never happy so always in another relationship. Hopefully she'll figure out who she is. She needs to find out who she is another relationship not gonna help. In other words you should always speak your feelings, but this is not gonna benefit you. She may jump into a relationship with you but it will be another rebound so it won't last long & in the end you maybe hurt more. Sorry but I don't beat around the bush & I don't curb myself to protect feelings. If I'm wrong i'll admit it, but this is something seen very frequently i usually know what I'm talking about
