i feel like i need a more positive update, but i don't have much so i'll try to come up with stuff.

So i've started getting into working out, and i think that this week or next week i'm gonna get full into it, and go 3 times a week not just once a week. i want to have a more muscular body and i think i can do it. i even got myself some protein supplement, and i'm gonna start taking it on days i work out.

i'm gonna try to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, but shit is hard to be honest, feels like i've been drinking it all day long just to get 8 glasses in. but i haven't had to pee shit loads meaning i'm probably a bit dehydrated.

so when i got home today we actually had something to eat for me for once. taco meat and taco shells were all and ready for me to heat and eat . so i had that and i got chinese food as well . so decent day for the eatting.
