I am in a celebratory mood.
I just found out that I got the graduate assistantship that I needed to pay for my last year of school! I'm going to be working in Special Collections and the Reference department. Once I've graduated, I'll have a year's worth of experience under my belt. While this really isn't enough for entry level positions, it's better than nothing and I'm hoping that by specializing I'll create a niche for myself.
I am so happy this worked out! I'm going to brag a little bit but just between you and me. You have to remember, this blog is the hole in the cyberverse I dig to bury my secrets that I'd never tell anyone in my life.
