I am the grill mistress of the Western Hemisphere. Without prior knowledge or experience in grilling, I lite charcoal, waited until they were the right temperature, grilled hamburgers to a perfect well-done temperature and all while in heels. I have to say, I'm hooked! I used a picnic grill in the little apartment complex I live in but I'm seriously considering buying a little charcoal grill of my own. There is something primal and deliciously masculine about lighting the coals and grilling the meat over a pit of heat. I love being a fertile homemaker, filling men's bellies with hot beef, licking my fingers as I sweat over a hot grill. Mmmm....love it.
