i never realized how small-minded my immediate family is. i know my dad is small-town white-trash, but my mother has always been pretty accepting of my mods. and i would have thought my sister, having grown up in the same environment i did, (and having 3 tatts) would have been alot more understanding. but my sister actually had the nerve to say to me (about my hair), with total conviction and sincerity, that "long hair is for girls."
