welp, i just found out today, that i'm not being sued. it just looks very likely that i will be. so, that's some good news to start things off with. secondly, early ozzfest tickets just went onsale for the pit (which i want) and of course i don't have job, which logically means, no dinero. so, i can just about kiss ozzfest goodbye this year. damn, just typing that makes me fucking depressed.

on another note, finals are next week, and i need to go study to take a make-up test tomorrow (make-up as in 're-do'), b/c tomorrow is the last day to take it. then i have to study for my actual finals next week. and i don't get a break after that. i'm so far behind in my courses, that to catch up, i'm taking a maymester class and two summer I classes. so i virtually won't have a summer now. oy, my sitch-ee-ation sucks nutz.
