soo i finally copped some new music....Cuban Linx II new this Raekwon is fucking great ...very impressed.....
i am upset no new hardcore albums have come out.....
furthermore Rise Against last album kinda sucked to me.....
the New AFI is different....not bad but futher and further away from there older stuff

today i should be able to do some warm up training without hurting myself.....
i am sick of dieting so i am glad i can finally run spar and lift again
