I have never once been sick of painting before...
but I've been doing it all day.
I'm trying to finish a painting by the deadline of Friday morning. There is a huge art competition this weekend that I am entering and I have to have everything done and organized in time. It's driving me crazy. I'm sure some of you can imagine how long and tedious oil painting can be. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy it too, and it's looking great, but... yeah, you get it, right?
I had other plans to go out tonight to Open Mic night at The Java Joint - but those plans crashed and burned when I accidently fell asleep whilst taking a painting break and then the person who was supposed to join me decided it'd be great if they didn't answer their phone, so I didn't have anyone to go with anyway.
That's okay, it's best I stay in tonight and work on this painting.
I forsee this month being busy. Very, very busy.
