First of all -
if you cannot tell me what your balance, available credit, and credit limit is - then you have no business even OWNING a credit card.
Second - if you don't make your fucking payment in time, yes you will get a late fee and yes that will cause and overlimit fee.
So don't fucking call me expecting me to just magically take away the charges, because it's your fault. You can bitch and yell and be the huge asshole all you want but it's not going to change a damn thing. So just get over it and pay the fucking fees or consider the fact that your stupid ass shouldn't have even gotten the credit card to begin with.

*ahem* As you can tell, I had a bad call tonight. Just one. Fucking stupid people!
It's a good thing I have the ability to somehow remain nice and calm when talking to a person.
Blllaarrgh.


Anyway... yeah, I just wanted to rant right now.

Sorry you had a bad call, at least you dont work at a cell phone tech support place, I did that for just a little while and it really sucked!

after you work at a phone customer service joint, it's so much harder to go home and call those places when you need phone customer service yourself... you just want to be like "bitch, i know you can refund my ass, don't even act like you can't" and you also know that asking for a supe is like, totally pointless.

can you tell i had to CALL customer service today - fucking apple, i love your wonderful ibook, but i hate your, hate your, hate your phone people. argh!
