So I saw War of the Worlds. It was really good. The special effects were awesome. The people exploding was a good touch. And of course, Tom Cruise kicked ass. And yes, the ending was a little downtempo from the rest of the movie but the original had the same ending so I guess they wanted that to stay basically the same.

Yeah, I finally got the cooler and it's leet-skeet. Graphics are so much better now.
And about my eyes: no, that's just the glare from my monitor. All my stuff is angled and my camera caught my monitor.

I thought War Of The Worlds was a bit disappointing in the end, but I kinda already knew how it ended about 30 seconds into the movie, so it didn't hit me as hard as it hits people who don't know anything about the original movie's ending. I'd say that if you haven't checked it out yet, go for it.
