This really isn't how I was planning to have my day....
Work was finethen I got off:
-Out of nowhere I see my ex (the one i talk about a lotlove and all that) with a girl. First emotion: Shock. Second emotion: Anger. Third: Play it off and walk away.
-Due to this ONE meeting. This one fucking out of the blue spotting; I slowly completely lose it. I bought fucking cigarettes because that was the only thing I could think of to fix it.
What the fuck is happening to me..

You are not going mad, it takes time to let go and seeing someone with a new person in their life is the hardest part. Just know this is the last thing you need to go through and he is not for you, you can do better.
