Mmmmmm SUSHI!
My girlfriend just came back with some Sushi for me, as a thank you for watching her boys all day, and overnight yesterday. Her oldest has autism, and he's got a biting problem. He was acting fine, so I didn't think about it, but sure enough, I leave him alone in the nursery with the other kids, and he bites my daughter's thumb nearly off! Luckily, it was mostly a surface-cut, so she doesn't need stitches. Damn pigmy Canibals! lol
My foot was doing better until Friday. I stepped on it wrong, thinking it'd be okay to wear my own shoes instead of that damn surgical shoe. So now the bone that is broken DOES actually hurt. Such is my luck. But the swelling and bruising are down enough that I don't need crutches when I'm out.
Never go grocery-shopping with your mother-in-law. Lesson hard learned.
Well, I'm being summoned to the kitchen. I'll write a bit more later on.

Never do any form of shopping with the mother-in-law, unless it's that sort of shopping when all you're doing is going to different coffee shops.
