Thank you to everyone for your support. I wish I had some good news but all I have is the complete loss of respect for our police department. Turns out that 20 minutes after the accident that guys car was (convienantly) reported stolen. So since it was a stolen vehicle, they wont do anything.
*Note to Everyone*
Run your enemies off the road. Hit them if they're walking. Run your car into the side of they're house. Right afterwards, report the car stolen and you will walk free. You wont even be questioned.
