I am off on a road trip today.

Since i cannot drive to the end of september due to having to be cleared of epilepsy, it looks like I am hopping on my road bike again and heading to my sisters house about 35km away. Although i am taking an intermediate train ride for most of that distance. Bikes travel for free on weekends in adelaide, woot.
Once i get to my sisters I am unpacking my donation to the curry luncheon we are having. I made up some Tofu Vindaloo yesterday. I always believe you should prepare curry dishes at least a day in advance to let the flavous develop, yum yum,

So wish me luck,I do not know what the day may hold.

I will take some photographs of my journey and post them in this same journal later tonight, for now I will leave you with a picture of me from the night before. Enjoi
