Well it is back to tafe for me, just started semester 2 of my photography studies, have got a year and a half to go now.
Had a great last week, based on my travels to both sydney and melbourne, the weather in sydney was not the best weather i could have experienced, drissling rain and cold temps put abit of a damper on my holiday although it did not stop me from exploring sydney for two days. Checked out the usual, harbour bridge, opera house, darling harbour and also checked out some contemporary art in the sydney biennale. I was well welcomed to sydney seeing a drag queen waiting to catch the bus after i had been in the city about 30 mins and feeling sorry for a prostitue in kings cross who was wearing a short skirt vinyl outfit in about 6 degree weather,
Melbourne was great too, cought up with an old mate of about 14 years, he works at the state theatre and hamer hall as a lighting techinician so i got to see "Pajama Game" for free which is a classic broadway musical, i quite enjoyed it as it was something different. And the corner of flinders st and st kilda rd, right in front of the station has seemed to become the emo embodiment of the state. Looks very much akin the rundle mall here in adelaide, although most of our emo's hang out in one big circe, rather than small concentric ones,
I will post some photo's once my film is proccesed.
