I did have that book...but I cut out all of my favourite pictures and completely trashed it. I think it met its demise some years ago. I remember the article you mean, although the ladies I spoke to today don't believe that corseting is essentially harmless, and not just if someone does it badly. Apparently tight-waisting over a long period of time will damage your back muscles. But after today I don't see any need to do it for a long period of time, the corset was so comfortable and the results so different to my normal shape, I'm very happy with it.

Stretching is extremely addictive. My ears are now up to 26mm and have been having fun with stretched body parts for the best part of 11 years
I recently stretched my labret up to 0ga. The last stretch from 2ga to 0ga was a right bitch, mainly because I could not get the time to scapel it, so it was the strech for me and I'm loving it!
I also want to go bigger and think to myself nah...I should stop here, I'll know i will go bigger eventually
Have fun with yours and don't stop till you get enough
