some really random thoughts for this morning:
i realllllly want to get a new digital camera. preferably an slr. but not certainly. i spend so much money on crap, that it just makes sense to me that i should actually buy something that i WANT for a change. perhaps put it on my credit card and pay it off over 3 months or something. but then i'd have to buy new memory cards (bleughhhh)... because my digital uses the smartmedia, which no cameras use anymore. typical typical. eric wants a digital camera for work, so maybe i can bargain him into buying my old camera and cards... har har har har.
WILL THERE BE A MINOLTA MAXXUM DIGITAL SLR?
Absolutely, so hold onto your lenses, Maxxum aficionados. Scenario calls for a 90 percent operational sample by PMA trade show (February 12-15) with delivery by Photokina (September-October 2004). One feature unnamed will be a big surprise. Look for new 35mm SLRs at PMA, plus at least four point-and-shoot upgrades.
if i were to get THIS when it comes out i already have 6+ lenses... but that's soooooo long to wait. and it will be effin expensive when it comes out. :o(
i called b&h in new york and this is the only camera that will take maxxum lenses. hmph.
when are the benjamins gonna release a new album? or have they already? or are they even a band? i can't find their damn website anywhere...
went to see vanhelsing last night. blah to that. if you like vampires and demons and other fantasy crap i'm sure you'll like it. the storyline itself isn't bad (i'll give it that). but not my type of movie... and you didn't even get to see the hot girl's boobage. i mean c'mon... that's the least they could do for making us pay $8.50 to see the damn thing. i did like the fact that a lot of it was based around frankenstein though. and they did do a pretty good job at sticking to the storyline of the original frankenstein. but blah. vampires and demons. enough said.
eric gets his arm started today with coleman. i'm so jealous. it's been sooooooo long since i got tattoooooooed. haha. (like 4 or 5 days damn it!) but man, it's gonna be sooo fucking awesome. pirates and all that good stuff.
stomach dr. appt. tomorrow at 10am. fucking fuck fuck. i'm disliking this idea more and more every day. i'm a wuss. i don't want to go. i don't want to talk... or be poked anywhere. maybe she'll just know exactly what's wrong as soon as i walk in. we can hope, right?
i hate getting ready and traveling to work. it consumes at least 2 hours of my day every day. that's 1/12 of the entire day. GROSS.
ok time to finish... go to the post office... then to work. maybe i'll be able to leave a little earlier than normal today. yay.
