Got my wisdom teeth out a couple years ago. Main thing I remember afterwards was my lower lip feeling like it was as big as my hand, and masses of bloody gauze. Don't worry though - a little short term discomfort to get rid of all the headaches and crap too many teeth in too small a space can cause is well worth it.
