I was having a rather strange dream this morning which all of a sudden consisted of very urgent knocking. I finally woke up realizing the knocking was coming from my bedroom door. It turns out it was my mom, waking me up to inform me that she was on her way to the hospital because my dad had a seizure at work and has also hit his head pretty bad when he fell.
This is scary shit because aneurisms run in my dads side of the family. When I was nine or ten my dad had two aneurisms rupture in his brain and almost died. He had to have brain surgery and have them removed. He was in and out of hospitals for a long time. A year later my sister, who was eight at the time, had the same thing happen, but she only had one not two. Me and my brother have both been tested and luckily show no signs of having one.
Anyways, I just got a call from my mom. My dad's awake now and knows what's going on. They did a catscan but my mom doesn't know the results yet. My dad had four more seizures in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. It may be related to the aneurisms, in fact, he might have another one. My moms trying to get in contact with his brain surgeon right now and is going to keep me posted.
