HAPPY NEW YEAR'S, EVERYBODY!!!
I am sick and I had to work all night on the railroad (seriously, I am a conductor for the largest railroad company in America) and now I feel like crap. It is cold and damp and all I want to do is stay in bed. Why the HELL did everyone move the New Year's Eve holiday to Sunday and New Year's to Monday this year?! I am all for taking extra days off, but if there is one holiday that can't be moved it is New Year's!!! As a result I went to work an hour before midnight and missed everything!!
I do have high hopes for 2012 though. 2011 was hard as hell for me, and I need a break. I am going to try to get back to everything I care about in 2012 and stop working so hard at things I don't care about like work!!!

Let's hope I can finally get myself to all that I need to get done this year and make it the best year of my life!!! I think it really could be!! I am hoping to buy a house this year, take time off and go to Hawaii and Australia, and also get my father's house cleaned out and rented!! There is so much to think about, but I think it might really be a great year if I can do it all!!!
