i didn't attend any physical therapy,but i would advise doing so. i didn't feel like taking a bus to sqeeze a ball for 2 hours 
i got glass in my wrist wich severed the tendon(s) to my index and middle finger
i still cant curl my fist downward due to over lapping tentons that refuse to stretch
but i can ride a motorbike and masturbate, so it aint all bad
good luck man

my right had the knuckles released and the tendon removed

but my finger is straight for the first time in 4yrs

went n moved this weekend, not everything, but enough
got told my surgery isn't 04/20/04
its now 01/06/04
so a week, one week and 9-12months starts of surgery n rehab
surreal that after 3yrs its happening
i'm excited n scared, more of afraid of the pain of reconstructive/transplanting tendon surgery
i'll keep up on my journal as much as possible
i still have...
