been a month since i updated. since it's mostly a note to myself and a means of working things out in my brain (noone sees this unless i've commented to them), it must mean that either i have nothing to work out. or possibly that i've been avoiding things. likely the second, as i'm far more likely to dwell on things endlessly than to let them go.
in other news, negotiations with ford go onward. their initial offer of 500k was laughable, and we turned them down flat. it's looking like we might possibly settle before trial in the 4mil range. else, we go to trial in early jan. we're asking for 12mil.
so, many people have asked me what i want for xmas. i have no idea (avarice/greed are not vices of mine, which isn't to say that i don't have vices, just not that). what do you want for xmas? we both know that i'm not gonna get it for you, but it might be interesting to know.
