Wow an actual update.
I feel like i never have anything to talk about.
its always...
"Been busy lately.""Work, work, work"
Well, yes, lately its been work work work. But that makes my job sound boring. Every day is a field trip for me. Always something different. Most of the time something new.
Two mondays ago I got to photograph Paul Reiser bowling.
The effects of hurricane Katrina have found its way into some of my daily assignments. I've had to photograph in a church that took in 300 evacuees, a home of a family that took in over 30 displaced relatives, and a double wedding in another shelter.
Shot a spot news carjacking. Not the actual carjacking but the results of one.
Shot various portraits of high school football players.
Photogrpahed Mary Hart (from Entertainment Tonight) on Thursday. Got a whole minute to shoot.
Photogrpahed some of the OZZFEST show a few weeks ago.
Had to get up early one morning to photograph train commuters.
Shot a professional soccer game and a few high school football games.
Was supposed to shoot John Mellencamp in concert but had to shoot that Shelter wedding instead. Frankly...was happy to shoot the wedding because its a more important assignment. Not to mention i was gonna have to shoot that concert from the soundboard. That sucks.
Tomorrow I have to shoot a Mexican Independence day parade, a golf tournament, a portrait of a yoga studio owner and a musical performance. The studio sometimes had live music.
And if i'm lucky i'll get to go SGDFW group bowling.
I think my last day off was August 14. But damn my invoice is gonna be good.
One of these days i'll hopefully be able to add
"shot a set for (insert SG member name here) on (insert day of the week here)"....hey it could happen.
Check out some of the Recent Work
Some of the newer concert stuff is in Here
And heres the Original Website. Check it out and let me know what you think.
