Holy Crap!! I am past due for an update.
Well I have recovered from the flu...still a little coughing to deal with. Work has been steady busy for the paper. Nothing too exciting mind you. Lets see. Last Thursday i met up with Ally_13 and pingz for some ice skating at the Galleria. Even with the company i have to say the ice skating was only fun for a short time. The novelty wore off real quick. Perhaps its because the rental skates were so goddamn uncomfortable and dull that it put a damper on my skating experience. I will be posting pictures later in this entry. Ally_13 had a little trouble letting go of the wall which made for some humor. It was fun...i'd do it again. Perhaps i should invest in some skates though. I did only fall once.
That night my car got robbed yet again. second time in the last 6 or 7 months. Don't know how they got in...there was no damage to the car. Unfortunately whoever did it....got away with my backpack full of rock climbing gear. My new harness, favorite rock shoes, quick draws, belay devices, chalk bag, etc. All gone. but for whatever reason...they left the harness, shoes and chalk bag that weren't in the backpack. So i can still climb and don't have to hurry and buy all new stuff. Still pissed off about it tho. They also got away with my darts (which were in the center console) a leatherman knife, 2 lightstands and a relfective umbrella. They were nice enough to leave one umbrella, a monopod and my Hellboy DVD.
Went bowling Saturday night with a female friend and bowled my first 200 game. I bowled exactly 200. I have had about 3 or 4 games of 199. i finally cracked 200.
