I got my first job last fall.
Circuit City was a wonderful place to work at.

But, the job was of course, seasonal and I wasn't able to keep the job after the Holiday season.

I've been generally looking for a job in the meantime, Sprint and the University of Phoenix seem to be the best options at the moment.

If I were to get a job at either - I think I'd be able to move out of the parent owned house... and my goal is to move out before May.

I don't have much money at this point - but in my attempt to feel like a grown up, I bought myself a cell phone (along with a 2 year contract! hahaha, I'm such a stupid fuck) I'm getting my last Circuit City pay check within the next week and a half - so I'll have enough money to pay off the first bill and probably the next bill - but unless I get a job before that - I'll be fucked, my credit will be fucked and I'll have to die sad and lonely. But anyway...

I bought 20 SG stickers last night, just for the hell of it. I feel like getting some Army points.

Once I get a job - I'm gonna buy more SG swag, a hoodie probably, maybe some SG panties. Hahaha <3

Bye Bye.
doolittle:
take it from me, DON'T work at UOP. I worked there and thankfully left to go back to school full time, and my boyfriend handsomejoe is continually looking for another job (he's in the western international university portion, but it's the same job.) it is a very high pressure sales job, even though your job is supposed to be counseling students. when i worked there it was beginning to be higher pressure, and now from what joey tells me and my best friend melanie tells me who still works there, it's become ridiculous. it's extremely hard to make the numbers they expect you to maintain to keep the job. very very tough. the people who are generally very good at this are car salesman types, so if you are one hell of a salesperson and could sell an icepop to an eskimo, this could be for you. anyway, i get a weird chill up my spine now when i see University of Phoenix, so i thought i would warn you. good luck!
