hey man. i sorta feel the same way about this journaling thing. i feel like i've gotta have something interesting to say or i just don't see the point. and it's stupid to make it up for an audience.

so i'm sitting here absorbing dave grohl's probot and it reminds me of the heavy blue-collar white trash i grew up listening to in cleveland in the 80s. that was some serious shit-- a town where the fuckin' river caught fire and black clouds from the steel mills hung like fog on the horizon. intense. this album fits that feeling perfectly. i dig it.

so your questions: 1) i think i'd want to talk to sun tzu or genghis khan or the buddha. somebody from one of the ancient cultures. 2) the body is pretty fuckin cool, but if we had limbs that could grow again if we lost em, that would be pretty cool. then we could do fucked up shit and never worry about getting too hurt. 3) my question: when are we gonna get a beer?

I HEART how you attack a problem...with systematic logic! & I agree with you on the answer to the 2nd question. It is in our history as a race. We have always found difference in it's many forms terrifying...however at this point in our evolution I believe that many of the sheeple should have moved beyond the point of lynching & hateful rhetoric to recognizing the fear & examining it for all it's worth...This piece has fascinated me since my first sociology class I think...I wish I had more time to just study & learn about all the wonders of the world-good & badl. THanks for your insights....oh p.s. is there a clause in the astral projection theory that allows for the beaming of the entire body of an undesirable person into a heinous & wicked other dimension?...just wondering

i woke up this morning ready to ride. as I backed down the driveway i knocked into my beemer, snagged on the cover or something and before i know it im grabbing for it only to drop my triumph smashing the headlight to bits (im on my way to a parts store mind you). got all that sorted and cleaned up and rolled down to the street. when I reached for the key i noticed what looked like a pie dropped from the 4th floor under my boot. dogshit. this is clearly _not_ the day to ride. i never even got to kicking the bike to see if it'd go today or not.

My goodness, what an extremely talented artist you are. Phenomenal work indeed. I am assuming that your artwork is, in some way connected to your occupation? what do you do? I'm sure you hear that all the time..but it is all so very impressive.
