any ideas?

i haven't been drawing much, which is really bad, but i have been studying up on anatomy which is really good...so i don't feel too guilty about it.

i'm thinking about buying a house, and have just started in with the whole process.
the main things i require in a house is that it have a garage and there be enough privacy i can have naked parties in my backyard.

that's all i need.
