I feel that way too... but...

focus on the goods things in life right now...from the bigger things...like people you love...to the smaller things...like wild blueberry jam... and try to believe that even though there seems to be no passion or purpose or hope right now...it might change in a few years..a few months..a few weeks..or tomorrow.

Things feels still now but I think I (and you?) have a lot of energy inside. I just need a spark for it to start burnig... sometimes the spark comes from someone you meet, or a book you read...or an event...and they all happen suddenly.

In my case it's usually the people i meet or a new place I traveled to that give me a new sense of enlightment ... it just haven't happened for a long time...but i know it could happen..so..hang in there
