So, I've been going to Nutrition For The Culinary Professional class all week, and when I came back to work on Friday everybody I saw said "congratulations."
After an hour or so wandering around lost as to the topic, someone let me in on the fact that I am USS NEBRASKA SAILOR OF THE QUARTER. Apparently, they tried to award it to me at quarters Thursday, but, as I was not there, the CO ended up looking somewhat the ass. I guess being the only junior guy on the boat not to get arrested pays off once in awhile.
To show just what a good role model I am, I went to a party, got sloppy drunk (this is why I don't drink EVER!) and ended up singing Mambo #5 between bouts of vomiting.
