Even though the weather is getting better, it's still not Whidbey weather.

I miss the days when...

- I went straight to the skate park after work
- my friends and I would get excited when Suncrusher would play the Dolphin
- trying to win over the "ninja challenge" (it was this white bitch that wouldn't even give you the time of day if you weren't black)
- getting coffee at the coffee stand right before the base gate and flirting with the girl(s) working in it
- going to Cascade Mall during the day and seeing nothing but Mexicans
- waking up, opening my back patio and smelling that fresh sea breeze air
- the 15-20 minutes in the morning when I'd get to work before everybody and I listened to whatever I wanted while I ATAF'ed all the tools
- point checking the the jet during a launch and having to go to 75% power
- having REAL friends you can count on and won't go away because of petty differences or change in trends

Sad and sappy, I know, but one thing is SUPER SWEET today: I scored 2 boxes of Tofutti Chocolate Cuties for a $1 each!
