STUPID FUCKING WORTHLESS RESERVE ADMIN! 
I can't fucking believe how lazy those sonofabitches are! I check in to NAVRES last drill weekend and I should have been put into the system. But am I? NOOOOOOOOOOO! Only when I call to follow up and find out exactly when DFAS will direct deposit the drill pay into my account yesterday do I find out I've been sitting on someone's desk for over 2 weeks! Finally, after a call today, I was able to get some answers, but now I'll be waiting another week or so until I get that money.
It's bad enough Active Duty admin personnel are inconvenience by doing their jobs, but jesus fucking christ! And the people at NAVRES are active duty on shore duty, too, so you figure they'd understand the importance of checking someone in and getting them paid! GODDAMNIT!
So anyways...
check out the new Black Dahlia Murder cd, Miasma. It fucking rocks and I was able to get it for like 5 bucks off after a mix-up at the register.
I want to go see In The Face Of War tonight, but I'm not sure I will or can go. I love seeing those guys when they come through Dallas--good friends and cool ass vegans.
I miss Elyse right now. I haven't seen her all week and I might not even get to see her this weekend because she's going to Austin to see some friends.
If you're wondering, we're not together officially (just "dating") so I really can't put any real claims on her or anything.

Everyone who listens to hardcore needs to look into Shutdown (RIP). I swear this band is one of those bands that left before its time. I don't know where I would be without this band. It's all about the Something To Prove EP.
