Aqua Teen Hunger Force night went so awesomely, much like the night before with Alkaline Trio. Elyse came over a little later than I expected, but she told me she had to make a couple stops beforehand. No big deal.

Text from Laura before Elyse showed up:

Yes. Yes, I do. We watched a few shows of Season 3 and we wound up making out like 8th graders most of the night. No sex, no feelskies, just genuine making out. I'm kind of happy, I guess you could say.

I think the best part of it all is that although I'm not the kind of guy she would generally go for (hardcore, straight edge, vegetarian), she told me she feels really safe with me and that I treat her the way she wants/likes. She definitely owes Laura a big one for trying to get us together all this time.

With Elyse being an elitist punk rock girl, and me being an elitist hardcore boy, and our powers combined, we'll rule the underground Dallas music scene and then the world! mwuhahahahaha!!! Okay, not really.

You know what's the best part? She's gonna stay the night with me Thursday night. Like a pussy, I'm all giddy and antsy in my pantsy. You have no idea how happy we seem to be making each other.
