So I guess you can say a bit has happened since my last post of depression. Things are looking better, I guess you could say. I'm no longer angry anymore, nor depressed, about the events unfolding with Caitlin. I am indeed still upset at her and I won't forget that this happened, but I'm going to stand strong as her friend, like I was to begin with. I'm not going to confront or avoid my now ex-friend whom Caitlin was caught with, but he and I haven't been talking very much for the last few months anyway. I'm not going to be butt-hurt because I didn't get my way and get the girl. IT'S JUST A FUCKING CHICK! This is where my dad's foolish wisdom (oxymoron, eh?) comes in: what a woman is good for you can work by hand.

Had a great time and definitely wasn't going to let my personal issues ruin a perfectly good show last Thursday with In The Face Of War, Darc Marc and Bats & Knives. A bunch of hung out with ITFOW after the show and we all got some Taco Cabana. Fun times. Good friends, good bands.
Last night effin rocked, even though Death Before Dishonor cancelled due to a recent parting of their guitarist. Darc Marc and Curb Check opened up for ITFOW again (they were coming back around from south Texas tourdates cause they love playing Dallas now) and Blacklisted. Again, no need for drama. I wish I had a picture of me from last night. Apparently I got scene points for sporting this old Snapcase basketball jersey from 2000.

I plan on going out to the Fort Worth Zoo this Saturday with the SG peeps, but I don't know how long that'll last or if it'll cut into the show on Saturday with Embrace Today, Kids Like Us, Casy Jones, Burn What Binds, and Darc Marc and the Balls Out Gang.
