I went out to the Dallas Music Festival Friday night, thinking that I was going to be there with the Indecline27 crew. Everybody fucking pussed out. Rick from Riverside was sick, Landry was posted up at the house, and Chad was hanging out at DJ's house.
By the way, because of Landry and Chad, I'm now on a first name basis with Marc and Keith from A Dozen Furies. Pretty cool, eh? Me and Marc mutually know some people in Dallas and Keith is trying to get hooked up with Vivix Clothing gear from Chad before going out on Ozzfest this summer.
ADF played a great set, albeit their "metal" playlist with few girl-friendly songs. The cool part of the whole night is that I wound up meeting this chick from Oklahoma. I was standing next to her and noticed her 0000-gauge spacers. Long story short, I wound up hooking up with her and I might go out to Oklahoma to see her and Remembering Never at the Green Door. Might, mind you. But, hey, at least I know she hardcore dances, although it's only 2-stepping. hahahaha
Atreyu/Unearth/Norma Jean/Scars of Tomorrow is tomorrow night. I'd feel really guilty only being out there for Unearth and leaving. Atreyu's always played shitty sets to me and I don't like Norma Jean fans (i.e. fashion core kids).
