DUDE! The show was fucking awesome! I got to the show and waited in line for a little while to get in. As soon as I got in, I walked around a bit and ran into John Pettibone (singer from Himsa). I was like, "Hey, what's up, John!" and we talked for a minute before he had to go get ready. He told me to catch him after their set and whatever. I felt like I was the only asshole who knew who Himsa was there, singing all the words and starting the hardcore pit with this kid in a Hatebreed hoodie. Bleeding Through kicked some ass, too, but the handful of us hardcore dancers were having a problem with this fat beardo and this bull-dyke-looking bitch trying to start shit with us. We owned the pit, though, as small as it was. After Bleeding Through played, I was going to bail after I bought some merch. I wound up buying a new Himsa shirt, a Bleeding Through sticker for my truck, and this sick-ass Himsa belt buckle. I wound up talking to Brandan Schiapetti a little bit and got a picture on my camera phone with him. Right before I was about to leave, who shows up? John Pettibone! Yeah, so we talk and bullshit for a while, like 2 old friends playing catch-up. Before we both left (me to go home and John to eat and sleep) we got a picture together.
