You know when you go swimming and it says NO DIVING, you really shouldn't do it then.
I went swimming with my sis and one of her friends and they were diving off the step in the pool, the next thing I knew my sis came up and her face was bloody.
She scraped her mouth on the bottem of the pool. The inside of her bottom lip looks like she carved 2 chunks out. I took some pictures of it and I will post em later!

Thanx for the happy birthday. Those signs are no joke.My friend DAnielle BROKE her neck doin that,luckily it wasnt a paralysis type break.She was in a HALO and then a brace for almost 8 months.BE careful!
