The new NOC is a go. I've gotten enough acceptance letters to make the move.
I'll be headed up on the 8th to make sure it's being set up on schedule, the back to the datacenter in Ashburn with the new guys on the 17th for their initial training. The first day of business in the new NOC will be the 24th of March.
The man who got into the wreck on the way to the interview has broken arms and legs, and will require surgery to fix them. His wife has broken arms, broken legs, liver and lung damage. She's still in critical condition.
His son was 6.
Myself and some people who were key in making this move possible will be heading up to visit the guy and his wife after I relocate to there. It's likely that they will be at that hospital for a long time.
My wife is pissy that I'm not including her in this post, as she will remain in Virginia at least until the 21st of March. She is now included in this post.
