Time passes faster than I realize these days. It seems like last week it was summer and I wanted to get out to Coney Island...2 months later I have yet to get there and it's starting to turn cold and rainy. Work has been intense and I have finally settled into a rhythm. I always say it takes about a month at any new place to really start to gel with everything.
Someone I worked with just got fired. It was justified, but he was a great guy and I hate to see him go. He always lightened the mood at the most appropriate times.
I'm excited for the busy season. I know I will rarely get a good night's sleep and will always be behind the eight ball on laundry, but I'll have fun and make bank. Then have a vacation in Jan.
Any vacation suggestions?? Somewhere that it won't be winter preferably...I have peeps in San Diego I might see but I'd rather go somewhere more exciting like Australia or something.
