A month into into it and I'm finally finding my way around NYC. Astoria is a really great area, lots of shops, reasonable rent, close to midtown. I've done a lot of walking around, starting to get the feel for the neighborhoods. Went to Chinatown one day but ended up in SOHO and then chelsea and i forget where else.
Boahous is delicious. Tried vietnamese coffee for the first time the other day. Tasty.
I wish I had a fancy phone with internet so i could look up things when i get lost...or when restaurants have the wrong addresses listed on google (pies-n-thighs how dare you)!
The weather is finally starting to improve as winter fades out and i can't be more excited. Spring time riding my bike around and not having to be freezing when walking home after a night out.
New job starts this week. I'm pumped. Hoping to meet lots of interesting people.
