Work sucks!!!!!! 
Today is not shaping up much better, except that I gained a new friend today - Bossanova.
Woke up late for my workout, sped out of the house to the gym where my workout partner was waiting. In the middle of leg presses, my knee buckles and I'm sitting in the middle of a gym wanting to cry.
But let's face it, guys can't do that in the middle of a gym. 
Will be out of town this weekend and although I have my laptop with me, I don't know if there is internet access out there. We'll see.
