except for the debauchery last night and the subsequent nauseous feeling today. 
it's not like I have a slumber party to go to.
so i will have to go out and find some miserable excuse for a substitute. 
so i went out for a few hours today, almost got hit by a car while riding my bicycle - that was a lot of fun. the ms150 is coming up in 2 months. i still have so much training to do. it's hard to find time to do 30 mile rides. if i'm lucky i can squeeze in a 10 mile ride twice a week.

Are you biking the ms150? That is awesome. My aunts, uncles and cousins are doing it. Pretty cool. I want to do it one day but I need to get my own bike first. Can't be borrowing bikes all the time. I use my sisters right now.
