@romany Sorry to hear, my friend. I had a friend that just told me she had to leave work early and stay home because of anxiety issues when I asked her to hit up the drive in with me this weekend. Sometimes I should count myself lucky that I can at least get through work. I've had panic attacks that lasted the entire work day before and all I did was sweat and push through although my heart racing for that long was actually getting painful in my chest. I was just telling someone else how I skated through horrible ankle and knee injuries because I'm stubborn and sometimes I'm that way with my mental health. Although I have a feeling it's equally bad to not treat it and just keep pushing through it. There's strength and there's stupidity. Unfortunately, I intermix the two a lot. What I mean is, that sucks and I'm really sorry to hear. I've been there and I've not done anything about it, but I've been the one making the bad calls.

@hiptobes I dig that. While I tend to be very quiet and zen at my own derby bouts, I'm usually zany and as silly as a sober guy can be with friends... and it describes my life pretty well. Reflect one personality on the outside and the other side just stays tucked away and hidden from view.

@dariianity That's a pretty cool fact. Just as da Vinci drew up tanks and flying mechanisms before their time there is so much out there that was previously discovered but slow to understand that it was ever discovered in the first place. Plus, I'm in a family of mathematicians (teachers) so learning stuff like that is pretty cool. 😊

@thaecos That's refreshing. When I get the chance I enjoy a good skate in the park to get away from the people, the city, and just breathe the fresh air, hear the birds sing, and sometimes just sit on one of the benches for a while to close my eyes.

@hiptobes I could never got into Jamiroquai myself, but I love Fatlip. I get the feel good of Jamiroquai so I definitely get it, it just never was my style. That's awesome. I love having some good tunes to perk up to after a bad day at work or whatever.

Mine was a cheap blue velcro wallet from grade school. It lasted through high school, but I upgraded to a chain wallet that lasted a good 5 years and the velcro was my backup wallet for spending cash when I went out. Wallets now don't last like they used to. @hiptobes
