I had this cold for nearly a month, but I suppose its my fault for not getting enough rest.
Friday I went down the Tap to see Mike DJ, went down early because I was bored of hanging around at home so I had no one to talk to until Rich and his fit sister, who has come over to visit from Ireland, came down. It was a bit weird, whenever Rich went away Sam started coming on to me quite strongly, I could have shagged Richs sister if it werent for: 1) My fucking cold, 2) I wouldve pissed off Rich (like I care), 3) Despite Sams sexy Irish accent, she does come off as a bit of a Chav. Chris and Izy turned up later and we all went up stairs for Mikes set. It was cool (thee Pig Destroyer songs in one night, not to mention every song me and Chris asked for) except for the fact Mike had a few of his CDs stolen (like I said at the time, if that was me I would have stopped the music and damned the CDs back or there would be no more music). Later we met an interesting girl Rich was trying to chat up, here is a bit of her conversation with a couple of her friends (Im paraphrasing this at best): Can I masturbate in your house Only if we can watch Can I have a pillow to hug while Im doing itI always fuck my pillows (collapses into hysterical laughter).
Saturday I just spent the night in, I did get a text from Millsy before nine oclock asking if I wanted to go down the Tap, but I had already resolved that I was going to stay in and read (and like I want to wait at a bus stop in my area at that time of night). Finished reading The Brothers Karamazov before starting another monster of a book The House Of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski.
