Bit of a boring weekend really. Not a lot of people went to the the pub on Friday (learned my friend Mike might be taking part in a suspention on Tuesday so I might go to that). Had loads of people at the Manor asking me when I'm DJing again (lets hope they're asking the people who decide who DJs as well) and a guy from a local Metal band I was suposed to try out for ages ago told me their drummer is going to phone me soon to ask when I can audition (I told him I've lost interest as now I'm writing a lot of songs that only fit into Grindcore, but he said have a go anyway so I might just go jam with them and see if it works out). Saturday went to the pub again with slightly more people and saw a bit of a Black Metal band that consisted of a guitarist, a bassist and a drum machine then listened to some shit DJs playing awful music (one of them played Close To Me by The Cure, which was quiet cool) then got bored and left. So yeah, a bit meh really...sun's out at least.
