It has been about two weeks since I updated my journal, so I'll figure I'll write something before I get kicked out for being apathetic .
Tomorrow, I will going to a go-away party for one of my co-workers. He got another job in another state and he invited everyone at work to celebrate his last day . What a way to go.

8 sets of 10 on most any excercise won't gain you any size...next time try your barbell curls with like 4 sets of 6-8 at 75-80lbs...or like in the group where i suggest the 8 sets of 3 where you pick a weight you can only do 3 reps with...whatever you do, your arms should be screaming the following day.

Today, I just became a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (pass all of the 5 required tests) . Now time for me to study the GMAT and maybe go to graduate school so I can have other career options.

The first meal my old roommate and I ever ate at our kitchen table was pancakes, eggs and bacon at 2:30 AM. It was the last meal eaten at that table for months. Stranger things have been eaten I suppose.

4 days before Christmas and I'm feeling so down. Can barely get out of bed to work. Have to pull myself out the house just to get to the subway.

Stayed up most of the night watching late night cable shows.
