So Alexis calls me, says "Did you get fired?" I say "No, why?" and as she starts to explain, I get a beep...and it's my boss. He starts giving me this whole speech about cutting back hours and how blah blah blah whatthefuckever...point being: I'm fired. Or "let go." Whatever...
Point being, now I'm fucked. Unemployment won't pay me enough for $400/mo rent, $620/mo for my car, $70/mo for my phone....blah blah blah. What the fuck!

i was working at tower records and they were going 'public' so in order to look better to other companies, they were 'letting go' of three people in each store.
my boss didn't want me to go, but corporate chose. they called me again a few weeks later to come back but i told them to fuck off
