Why is sleep necessary?
No one has sufficiently answered this for me... it's always just "You need to sleep.. you can't function otherwise."
I can't seem to function anyway, so what's the big difference?
My body seems to indicate that if I don't get enough sleep, it'll revolt and make me sick, but I'm still testing this theory.
