Hrrmmm..

Today I was told by a black friend of mine that in my current get-up (work-shirt w/white shirt underneath denim shorts and 12" army boots) and with my current haircut/facial hair, that I look like a skinhead/white supremacist. This bothers me greatly. Something shall be done. I dunno what tho.
I'm currently growing my hair out, and I'll probably bleach/dye it in the relatively near future. I love my boots. It's hot, I've gotta wear shorts. I have to wear a work shirt to work.
Crap! I don't like being associated with braindead racists.
Anyone with any suggestions until my hair grows out some more?
I fucking hate racists.

The best I can suggest is to be yourself. If it means that some few associate you with racists then at least you know that the ka-bar D2-7 impact combat knife is the choice weapon for close quarter assault.
I happen to think you look like a skater before skinhead. I'm not sure which I'd dislike being compared to more...except that I can still skate.

You could try wearing a dainty lil choker, ya never know, it might suit you. that or some gay wristbands. the flamer look might help counteract the neo nazi look.
