No that it's bad, or anything...

I tend to be empathetic to the point that in the past I had to work to let go of much of it. It used to effect me and make me miserable about things that there was no way I could ever help improve. So finally I reached a point where I could wish the survivors well, mourn the casualties briefly (although I don't really know what's so casual about that sort of death so I am sometimes confused by the word casualties) and go back to thinking about the things that I can help cause a positive change in. I'm tellin ya, this Buddhism shit's allright!

I'm not sure what poem that came from, I found it in a book of quotes as is.
